To address the dramatic shift in how people work and meet, Hilton is introducing two innovative offerings across the Caribbean and Latin America this month: WorkSpaces by Hilton and Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions. WorkSpaces by Hilton is a “work-from-hotel” solution created for both individuals and corporate customers seeking a place to work remotely without distraction. Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions are a suite of offerings which direct event planners to Hilton’s hybrid-ready hotels while also providing them with planning resources – including an expanded Hilton EventReady Playbook and flexible customer offers.

WorkSpaces by Hilton
Based on changing consumer demands, and backed by the industry-leading Hilton CleanStay program, WorkSpaces by Hilton offers guests a private standard guest room and complimentary Wi-Fi during typical workday hours. During their stay, guests can also access hotel amenities, including business centers, gyms and pool areas, where available.

Members of Hilton Honors, the loyalty program for Hilton’s 18 brands, can also enjoy exclusive benefits when booking WorkSpaces by Hilton rooms, including the ability to earn Points. Elite members are also eligible for premium Wi-Fi and Executive Lounge access (where available).

In addition, now through March 31, 2021, to provide more value for their most loyal customers during this time, the company introduced a Hilton Honors offer around the program, allowing members to earn 10,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points after their first WorkSpaces by Hilton stay at participating locations.

Workspaces by Hilton is offered at participating hotels across Mexico, including Hilton Mexico City Reforma, Hilton Guadalajara Midtown and Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe, among others.  At Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe, guests will be able to enjoy the experience in a room equipped with ergonomic furniture designed by the renowned Herman Miller brand.

Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions
As the industry looks toward the future, one business reality remains clear: Hybrid meetings and events will be critical in the near-term. To address this dramatic shift in how people meet and celebrate, Hilton is introducing a set of Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions baseline requirements that customers can rely on when hosting a small hybrid event:

  • IT Readiness: Each hotel will have undergone an evaluation to assess the available IT bandwidth and infrastructure of the property to meet the requirements of small hybrid events. To be deemed “hybrid-ready,” hotels are required to have a minimum amount of incremental and available bandwidth to optimize the communication and connectivity experience within the hotel while providing easy access for virtual attendees.
  • Multi-Site Offering and Express Agreements: These incentives enable customers to book the in-person portion of their event at multiple hybrid-ready Hilton locations as well as create a more seamless contract experience.
  • Expanded Playbook: While the EventReady Playbook has been available to customers globally, those looking for in-depth information on planning and executing small hybrid events can now access the expanded Hybrid Events content, which will continue to evolve alongside customer needs. The expanded content also includes detailed case studies, pro-tips, a glossary of hybrid event terms and is accessible to customers working with any hotel within the Hilton portfolio.
