Holston House Nashville Introduces New TENN Restaurant Spring Menus

It’s finally Spring, which means Holston House Nashville‘s signature restaurant, TENN is offering a new menu. Curated by recently appointed Executive Chef Andrew Rodriguez, these updated offerings incorporate New American flavors with traditional Nashville cuisine.
TENN at Holston House Nashville is open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, providing guests with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Transitioning into Spring, the new menu will include Deviled Eggs with wasabi tobiko, pickled pearls, and crispy onions and Beet Salad with local goat cheese, poppy seeds, puffed grains – both dishes filled with Southern flavor.
The restaurant is infused with Southern flavor and culinary tradition. TENN’s casual atmosphere encourages guests to unwind over great drinks, enjoy regionally inspired classic American cuisine and signature Southern dishes with contemporary techniques. Dishes are heavily influenced by regional farmers, ranchers, anglers and artisanal purveyors.
