Hortus NYC, located in the trendy Nomad neighborhood, is now launching an Asian-inspired everyday Brunch Menu by Executive Chef  Geo Park. Chef Geo has curated a creative, yet approachably priced menu that blends Asian flavors for a new American style. Hortus NYC is opening their doors at 10:30am on weekends and 11:30am on weekdays, where guests can enjoy this creative menu in the restaurant’s beautiful upstairs dining room, or hidden garden oasis until last call at 2:15pm every day.

The menu is designed for parties to share five plates, that includes three appetizers for the table and a choice of two entrées.

The appetizers are:

  • Mochi Pancake, with Kimchi jam, buttercream, maple syrup Yuzu, with an option to add Maple Yuzu Bacon for an additional $3
  • Burrata & Beet, marinated in a tomato vinaigrette, tomato medley and basil

Fruit Salad, Cucumbers, fruit medley, in yogurt, finished with chili oil

Entrée choices include:

  • Poached Egg (Korean Style), House-made hash brown, seasonal mix salad, topped with rice vinegar soy sauce
  • Yuzu Bacon Rose Pasta, yuzu bacon, rigatoni in a rose cream sauce

The experience is priced at $30 per person, the team at Hortus NYC will adjust the portion sizes to ensure each guest is well fed.

In addition to the new dishes, Hortus NYC is offering 2-hour bottomless cocktails for $25 per person. Curated by Managing Partner Suhum Jang (Daniel, Jungsik) these unique cocktails are rooted in Asian influences; Pear Affair blends Hummy Seltzer, Pear and Soju, garnished with mint. Yuzu Aperol Spritz, a spin on the classic Aperol Spritz, made with Prosecco, Yuzu, Aperol and orange slices.
