For those looking to mix things up beyond the classic margarita this holiday weekend, there are two Espolòn Tequila cocktails that will hit the spot.

The Pitaya Margarita offers a sweet, refreshing twist with its vibrant pink color and dragon fruit flavor, perfect for cooling off in the sun.
For a bolder choice, the El Diablo combines Espolon Reposado, crème de cassis, and ginger beer for a spicy, sunset-inspired sip.

 

Espolon ‘Pitaya Margarita’
Ingredients:

– 2 part Espolòn Tequila Blanco

– 1 Part Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge

– .75 Parts Lime Juice

– 3 Parts Dragon Fruit Juice

– Ice Cubes

– 1 Lime Wedge, For Rim

– Sea Salt, For Garnish

– Salt your rim

– Shake liquid ingredients with ice and strain into your cocktail glass

– Garnish with a flourish of colorful pitaya or lime

Espolon ‘El Diablo’
Ingredients:

– 1.5 oz Espolòn Reposado

– .5 oz crème de cassis

– .75 oz fresh lime juice

– 3 oz ginger beer

Method:

– Add tequila, crème, lime to a glass over ice.

– Top with ginger beer, stir, enjoy.
