Liven Up Your GRAMMY Viewing Party with Award-Worthy HENNESSY Cocktails

For the fifth year in a row, Hennessy, the #1 Cognac in the world, has joined GRAMMY award host LL COOL J to salute the excellence and continued accomplishments of those who “Never stop. Never settle” within the entertainment, lifestyle and sports industries at his official pre-GRAMMY dinner.

To celebrate the GRAMMYS, and LL and his many achievements, here are three star-studded cocktails that are easy to recreate and serve at any award viewing party.

Hennessy Stars Punch is a floral punch that represents the star in all of us – perfect for large groups

‘Earned It’ French 75

  • ·         1.5 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
  • ·         .5 oz Simple syrup
  • ·         .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ·         Sparkling wine or champagne
  • ·         Garnish: Lemon Twist
  • ·         Glass: Flute

Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, except champagne. Shake to chill, strain into a flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.

The Gagné 58 Bramble

  • ·         1.5 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
  • ·         .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ·         4-5 Blackberries or any other berry will work
  • ·         .5 oz Simple syrup
  • ·         1 dash of Cassis, Chambord or another berry liqueur
  • ·         Garnish: twist of Lemon
  • ·         Glass: Rocks

Method: Muddle berries in the bottom of a shaker tin and add all ingredients with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice. Splash cassis over the top and garnish with lemon twist and a few blackberries.hennessy grammy

Hennessy Stars Punch (serves 20)

  • ·         1 bottle Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
  • ·         1.5 liters Grapefruit juice
  • ·         1.5 cups Honey syrup (equal parts water and honey)
  • ·         1 bottle Moët Chandon Brut
  • ·         2 grapefruits sliced into half moons
  • ·         Glass: punch bowl or other large serving vessel

Method: Add all ingredients to a large vessel, add ice and stir to combine.
