MGM Resorts International restaurants invite guests to celebrate the luck of the Irish with a delicious spread of enticing cuisine, flavorful cocktails and festive décor in honor of St. Patrick’s Day on Tuesday, March 17. Talented chefs and mixologists from MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Delano Las Vegas, The Mirage, Monte Carlo, New York-New York, Luxor and Circus Circus will present a themed collection of culinary offerings to celebrate the holiday.

Green-attired guests can visit TAP Sports Bar at MGM Grand for Corned Beef Short Ribs and a Guinness Chocolate Shake.

The festivities continue at Raffles Café at Mandalay Bay with Guinness Braised Irish Bangers, complete with a rich pairing of cabbage and leeks.

The Corned Beef Sandwich at Della’s Kitchen at Delano Las Vegas will leave diners feeling lucky with succulent corned beef brisket, caramelized onions, kale slaw and house-made beer mustard on a pretzel bun.

A full collection of festive treats await visitors at Roasted Bean at The Mirage. On St. Patrick’s Day, guests can enjoy Bailey’s Irish Cream Cupcakes, green and gold shamrock cookies and a Jameson Chocolate Trifle. Carnegie Deli will offer a Guinness Beef Stew served in a sourdough bread bowl. Cravings Buffet will present Pot o’ Gold Tiramisu, Bailey’s Caramel Cheesecake and a Jameson Chocolate Tart. Guests also can enjoy Mint Chocolate Chip Pancakes topped with Bailey’s Whipped Cream any time of the day at Pantry.

BLVD Plaza at Monte Carlo will entice green-clad guests with bagpipe entertainers, Irish dancers and celebratory spirits. The Pub at Monte Carlo will offer an Irish stew with hearty lamb, baby carrots, potatoes, parsnips and leeks.The Café will kick-off the holiday with Colcannon Soup including potatoes, cabbage and onion. Sticking to tradition,The Buffet will offer soda bread and traditional corned beef & cabbage with red potatoes and baby carrots. The beer will be sweet at BLVD Creamery with a decadent offering of ice cream flavors to enhance an assortment of Guinness Floats. Guests also are invited to watch the green beer pour at Ignite Lounge and Score.

Visitors at Tom’s Urban at New York-New York can enjoy a spirited evening, complete with rhythmic bagpipers and enticing specials on Guinness and Tullamore DEW shots.

The mouth-watering offerings continue at Rice &Company at Luxor with the Lucky Roll, intricately filled with crab, shrimp, avocado, asparagus, carrots and lettuce. Public House will get in the spirit with a Corned Beef & Cabbage Sandwich. Backstage Deli will offer a Reuben sandwich on marbled rye. The carving station at MORE The Buffet at Luxor will also serve a corned beef steamship round, cabbage and Irish potatoes.

To top it all off, Circus Buffet at Circus Circus will wow guests with a delicious spread of traditional flavors including corned beef, cabbage, boiled red potatoes and carrots. Guests can also cheer for green beer and specials on Jameson at The West Bar.
