‘Miami Swim Week – The Shows’ Announces its Summer 2025 Lineup

Miami Swim Week– The Shows has announced its Summer 2025 lineup, taking place Wednesday, May 28 through Sunday, June 1 at the Mondrian South Beach. The premier Swim & Resort Wear event will feature a curated selection of designers from around the world, spotlighting the very best in swim and resort fashion.
All shows are open to the public with the exception of Ema Savahl.
The largest festival of its kind in the world will feature over 50 events spanning 20+ satellite locations and a star-studded lineup of over 150 national and international designers, models, and celebrities. With a focus on giving back to the community, the organization is also introducing a new initiative: Miami Swim Week Cares, a movement redefining the intersection of fashion, sustainability, and social impact.
2025’s Miami Swim Week is looking to be bigger and more exciting than ever before, featuring numerous panels centered around beauty, wellness, and lifestyle industries intersecting with traditional Swim Fashion.

The week starts with a launch party at Fabel Miami Rooftop and goes on to include an incredible array of media and designer receptions and parties such as the Australian Gold. sunblock model pool party at Strawberry Moon, a special Elle Swimwear private reception at an exclusive waterfront mansion, VIP yacht cruises, designers, influencer and buyer dinners, Next Impact panel discussions at the Bass Museum, Everlast’s brand activation, Swim Fit Wellness activation at Nikki Beach and the “Summer Love Fashion Show” at Seaspice Miami.
In addition, Miami Swim Week – The Shows will feature Melissa Odabash, who is celebrating the 25th anniversary of her brand and its transformative impact on the swimwear and resortwear industry. Her anniversary curation will be showcased at the Bass Museum on Friday, May 30, with the exact time to be confirmed. This curation honors her legacy, featuring her signature high-voltage swimsuits, versatile beach dresses, and iconic Après-Plage pieces inspired by the laid-back glamour of Marrakech. Each design is a testament to her journey, reflecting her unwavering commitment to impeccable craftsmanship and flattering fits for every woman.
MIAMI SWIM WEEK– THE SHOWS HOSTS ECO-FRIENDLY HAMMOCK TRADE SHOW
The premiere luxury trade show for independent designers and showrooms, the Hammock Resort and Swimwear Trade Show, showcases established and new brands to global buyers. Just footsteps from the ocean, global retailers and media gather to visit their favorite brands and discover soon-to-be favorites. Importantly, the eco-friendly space will also host some of the runway shows to reduce transportation emissions and minimize waste.
This ties into Miami Swim Week Cares – more than just a theme, it’s a purpose-driven initiative to reshape the future of the industry, proving that style and substance can coexist. Bridging the gap between glamour and responsibility, several events will spin out of the initiative.
MIAMI SWIM WEEK – THE SHOWS HOSTS AN EMERGING DESIGNER’S SUSTAINABILITY COMPETITION that supports new talent by providing a platform for designers focused on eco-friendly materials, ethical production, and circular fashion. The competition promotes sustainable fashion practices and encourages up-and-coming designers to create swimwear collections that prioritize environmental responsibility and innovative use of sustainable materials. Key features include Sustainable Design Criteria, Mentorship Opportunities, and the opportunity, if chosen, to present their collections on the Miami Swim Week runway. The competition highlights the importance of sustainability in fashion while providing a platform for emerging designers to gain recognition and support in the industry.
MIAMI SWIM WEEK – THE SHOWS HOSTS SWIMFIT: MIND, BODY & SOUL WELLNESS SESSIONS This new wellness-driven programming boasts a series of wellness activities designed to promote holistic health and well-being. These sessions aim to provide participants with a balanced approach to fitness, mental health, and overall wellness. SwimFit includes Fitness Classes led by top trainers, Mindfulness Workshops that offer techniques for stress reduction, meditation, and mental clarity, and Nutrition Seminars. In addition, yoga on the beach enhances flexibility, balance, and core strength, promoting self-care for attendees, models, and designers. These wellness sessions are part of Miami Swim Week’s broader commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle and supporting the well-being of its participants.
MIAMI SWIM WEEK – THE SHOWS HOSTS CRUELTY-FREE & CONSCIOUS BEAUTY ACTIVATIONS. Partnering with ethical beauty brands, the organization will showcase clean, cruelty-free, and vegan skincare and cosmetics through interactive experiences. These events highlight the importance of ethical and sustainable beauty practices and aim to promote products and brands that prioritize animal welfare and environmentally friendly practices. Key features include Cruelty-Free Beauty Lounges, Sustainable Beauty Workshops, Product Demonstrations, and Conscious Beauty Panels that feature industry experts discussing the latest trends and innovations in sustainable beauty. MIAMI SWIM WEEK – THE SHOWS HOSTS MIAMI BEACH SHORELINE CLEANUP. By spearheading a community-driven effort to clean Miami’s beaches after Spring Break, Miami Swim Week – The Shows ensures Miami beaches remain pristine and eco-friendly. Volunteers gather to remove litter and pollutants from Miami Beach’s shoreline with the end goal of protecting marine ecosystems while also building community connections. These cleanups contribute to the environment while also keeping Miami’s beaches beautiful.
MIAMI SWIM WEEK – THE SHOWS HOST THE OPENING SHOW BENEFITING THE BACK-TO-SCHOOL PROGRAM WITH THE LITTLE LIGHTHOUSE FOUNDATION. In partnership with LLF, this initiative provides school supplies for underprivileged children as they prepare for the new academic year. Little Lighthouse Foundation has over 20 proprietary programs with 33 partner facilities, including, but not limited to, homeless shelters, hospitals, and youth centers. Some of their recurring programs include Adopt a Meal, Activity Hour, Craft Night, Fit Club, Mindful Hour, and Story Hour.
MIAMI SWIM WEEK– THE SHOWS EXPANDS OPPORTUNITIES FOR FOREIGN DESIGNERS. In creating new pathways for international designers to access the U.S. consumer market, Miami Swim Week – The Shows helps to provide a diverse and global perspective on swimwear fashion. This initiative aims to foster diversity and inclusivity by welcoming designers from various cultural backgrounds and regions. The Next Impact Talks, a high-profile speaker series featuring fashion leaders, beauty pioneers, wellness experts, and tech innovators, will also drive meaningful conversations on the future of the industry at the Bass Museum. In addition, the launch of Backstage Hub, a digital AI-powered resource center, will keep the fashion community informed and engaged with designers, buyers, and attendees via real-time updates, schedules, and networking opportunities.
