Milagro Tequila Ofrenda Cocktail for Day of the Dead

Milagro Tequila is inspired by the upbeat energy and creativity of Mexico City. Ahead of Day of the Dead coming up on November 1st and 2nd the brand is showcasing the brighter side of tequila through a vibrant cocktail inspired by marigolds, or “flowers of the dead.” This is used to brighten up the colorful altars created to pay homage to lost loved ones, and guide spirits using their brilliant hues and pungent scent.

MILAGRO OFRENDA
Ingredients:

  • 2 Parts Milagro Reposado
  • 1 Part Fresh Mandarin Juice
  • 1/2 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Part Green Cardamom (Orange Blossom) Honey Syrup
  • 1/2 Part Egg White
  • 1 Edible Marigold

Method: Pour all ingredients into a Boston shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with edible marigold.
