Newly Launched Prix-fixe Wine Dinner Series At NYC’s The Standard Grill

Starting this month, The Standard Grill will be hosting an exclusive wine dinner which includes a 5-course wine and dinner pairing. The monthly ticketed dinner will take place the last Wednesday of each month with the menu rotating each dine.

For the kick-off dinner taking place January, the wine of the month will be champagne. Guests will taste three single-varietal Champagnes from houses: Gaston Chiquet, Vouette & Sorbée, and Christophe Mignon, then will taste an exceptional vintage from the Moët & Chandon house and close with a spectacular Rosé Champagne from Chartogne Taillet.

About Wine Dinner Series:

–          Taking place last Wednesday of every month

o   The first dinner is Wednesday, January 31st

–          The menu / wine varietal changes each month

–          Sommelier onsite to walk through the wines

–          The ticketed event seats 20 guests in the wine room

o   The wine room is located off the main dining room and reserved exclusively for wine dinner guests

–          Tickets are $250/ea

–          Dinner starts at 7:00PM
