The New York Mavericks are about to bring the wildest ride in sports back to the city. From September 18–20, the team will return to UBS Arena for their annual homestand – Maverick Days – bringing three nights of non-stop adrenaline, electric crowds, and five-on-five bull riding action as part of the 2025 PBR Camping World Team Series.

The New York Mavericks – owned by Avenue Sports Fund, led by Marc Lasry – are writing a new chapter in New York sports culture and Maverick Days marks the team’s only home appearance this season, with matchups against some of the league’s toughest legacy teams.

The team joined PBR Teams as the league expanded from eight to 10 teams competing in five-on-five bull riding games in the 12-event PBR Camping World Team Series regular season. Their annual homestand begins at 7:45 p.m. ET on Thursday, September 18, and Friday, September 19, and at 5:45 p.m. ET on Saturday, September 20.

But that’s not all – outside the arena, fans will be greeted by a nostalgic surprise: the Wonder Bread hot air balloon tethered as a larger-than-life backdrop (and a perfect photo moment). There will also be opportunities to enjoy fan games, performances by Andy Velo, and snag exclusive Wonder x New York Mavericks trading cards – bringing a playful dose of Americana to New York’s biggest bull riding weekend.

Event details:
Thursday, Sept. 18 | 7:45 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 19 | 7:45 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 20 | 5:45 p.m.

Tickets for the event start at $25, taxes and fees not included. Tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster and PBR.com, or by phone at (917) 618-6100.
