NYFW Fuses Immersive Web3 and Fashion Tech At The Nolcha Shows

Now in its 15th year of experiential programming The Nolcha Shows will be unveiling an innovative take on New York Fashion Week by producing a multi-faceted fashion tech event featuring runway shows and a cutting-edge technology experience lounge – all of which will be happening at Mercedes-Benz Manhattan on Sunday, September 10, 2023.
The Nolcha Shows are designed to provide a unique destination for the Fashion and Web3 communities to gather in vibrant settings that spark inspiration and sharing of knowledge, while attendees have the opportunity to discover the latest tech trends.
This event serves as a spotlight on the potential transformation awaiting future retail and ecommerce experiences through the integration of Web3 technologies.
Creators, investors, founders and trusted media are invited to continue to connect and build culture through this recurring impactful event.

Mercedes-Benz fuses beloved design and intuitive technology with their all-new, all-electric vehicle portfolio, which will be an integral piece of the Nolcha Shows NYFW SS 24 experience.
ARkivist — a web-based AR (WebAR) creative agency and content creation platform — will be showcasing a range of WebAR experiences built in collaboration with MONTSERRAT New York and COCOREDOUX to better engage with customers through immersive story telling. ARkivist’s cross-platform WebAR experiences run entirely on mobile web browsers without the need to download an app, and are location-based. Each WebAR experience will have an embedded Web3 collectible and giveaways for visitors to claim right from their mobile devices.
LAVO, a next-generation community hub for creators, will showcase their new invite-link-in-bio that aggregates all social content and products for a creator or brand in one place automatically.
NUMB3R xA a digital art collective, will be displaying on-chain AI designed physical jewelry created by Nebulous, as a pioneer partner into the world of blockchain verifiable luxury goods. This showcase will be the first of many from NUMB3R xA who will be curating an exclusive collection culminating at the intersection of fine art, fashion and luxury goods in the digital age.
ISG Metaverse and Convai will showcase their collaboration that brings interactive, intelligent, and narrative-driven AI characters to life within immersive 3D environments to be used for the next chapter of e-commerce experience.
360Fashion Network activation will include a Augmented Reality 360Fashion Maze Game featuring the brands from the runway and Augmented Reality throughout the venue.
New York Culture Club will showcase an eight-piece collection with microchips discreetly embedded into the fabrics and accessories. This tech enables an immersive AR experience brought to life with a simple tap of a phone. Interactive features for self-expression and storytelling.
The DeMode Showcase, an alliance between Modernist and MetaBurnett will highlight the connection between digital and physical art pieces. In continuation of this showcase, a digital twin of the art will be dispatched to the moon in 2023 as part of a permanent art moon museum. Pieces will be carried into space on a SpaceX Falcon 9 Rocket.
Leia will showcase Lume Pad 2 which is the world’s first 3D•AI tablet equipped with embedded technology to create fully immersive 3D calling, all without the need for any eyewear.

Military at NYFW
The Nolcha Shows will honor military spouses with a VIP makeover, continuing our tradition of the past four years. This makeover experience consists of hairstyling led by ECRU New York Creative Director Lisa Lobosco and a “glam make-up session” by Michelle Webb of AOFM. VIP access for military spouses will also include backstage access and front row seats. An all-electric Mercedes-Benz fleet has been graciously provided by Mercedes-Benz Manhattan for the spouse’s transportation.
DR ROSSI DERM MD will be onsite to educate and share his innovative skincare solutions with guests.
