Although known for their prime steaks and indulgent seafood dishes, OCEAN PRIME New York also features a variety of cool, lighter fare for summer sure to leave you more than satisfied. This year, the award-winning, modern American restaurant and lounge from renowned restaurateur Cameron Mitchell, is introducing its #TGISF (“Thank Goodness It’s Summer Friday”) Happy Hour, the perfect start to your summer weekends. Starting at 2PM every Friday guests can enjoy $1 oysters, $10 sushi rolls, $10 glasses of Veuve Clicquot or Moet Imperial and a specialty cocktail of the day for $10.
Sushi and raw bar offerings include the Prime Roll with Tempura Shrimp, Cream Cheese, Scallion and Beef Carpaccio;Lobster Roll with Poached Lobster Tail, Kiwi, Pickled Serrano, Masago and Spicy Mango Puree; Ahi Tuna Tartare with Avocado and Ginger Ponzu; and Chilled Crab Meat Cocktail.
Seasonal salads include the Blackened Salmon Salad with Strawberries, Red Grapes, Goat Cheese and Poppy Seed Dressing; Asian Tuna Salad with Chili Rubbed Tuna, Seven Vegetables, Toasted Almonds and Rice Wine Vinaigrette;Chopped Chicken Salad with Asparagus, Corn, Dates, Avocado and a Cabernet Buttermilk Dressing; and Flat Iron Steak Salad with Tomatoes, Olives, Marble Potatoes and Mustard Vinaigrette.
