Heading Down Under? Pascale Bar & Grill (inside QT Melbourne) is introducing Executive Chef Andy Harmer’s new culinary direction. After making a significant impact on Melbourne’s food scene, Harner is bringing his individual touch to QT Melbourne’s restaurants and bars. With a new menu unveiled this week, Pascale Bar & Grill will hero the modern-day bar and grill concept that has underpinned the QT Hotels dining experience. Staying true to QT’s energetic and playful style, the new direction will couple the freshest and finest ingredients with a commitment to celebrating locally sourced produce.
