The album further demonstrated his undeniable global reach, debuting at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums and Regional Mexican Albums charts and No. 6 on the Billboard Global 200, while also debuting at No. 1 on Spotify and spending 29 consecutive weeks on Spotify’s Weekly Top Albums Global and Weekly Top Albums Mexico charts.

Peso Pluma’s impact extends well beyond the charts. He became the first-ever recipient of the Billboard Vanguard Award, while Double P Records, the label he co-founded with George Prajin, was named Top Regional Mexican Label of the Year. Both founders have also been recognized among Billboard’s Latin Power Players, further underscoring the growing influence of the movement they have built. His reach has also expanded across fashion and global culture: in 2025, the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) named him the first-ever Mexican ambassador for New York Fashion Week, and he later delivered a headline performance at ComplexCon 2025 in Las Vegas.

In 2026, Peso Pluma continued commanding some of the world’s most prominent cultural stages, joining Karol G during her historic headlining performance at Coachella and later performing at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles to mark the opening day of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Each moment further demonstrates his ability to bring música Mexicana beyond traditional boundaries and place the genre firmly at the center of global pop culture.

With more than 44 million monthly listeners on Spotify and over 9 million subscribers on YouTube, Peso Pluma remains one of the most influential and widely consumed Latin artists in the world. His continued impact across music, fashion, sports and culture signals a new era for música Mexicana—one in which its artists, sound and cultural influence command a truly global stage.
