Petrossian, the premier name in Caviar is celebrating 30 years in America. To toast the occasion we joined Messr. Alexandre Petrossian for a sumptuous afternoon of caviar, champagne, vodka and cocktails. The tasting included a full range of decadent delights, newly created treats, single-servings of caviar, and exciting innovations designed to prolong the brand’s legacy and take it beyond its long established success.

Those lucky enough to visit the elegant New York restaurant can enjoy Petrossian’s new Caviar Girl, a vintage twist on the iconic cigarette vendors of the 1920’s. Adding a touch of sophisticated novelty and dressed in full costume, the Caviar Girl  offers  single servings of the finest caviar, along with vodka in stylish Flutes.

The caviar served includes Special Reserve and Golden Sturgeon from Israel, China and the U.S. Asked to describe the flavor Mr. Petrossian simply says, “It’s difficult to put into words. Good caviar has complex types of flavors. Caviar is a texture, with flavors that excite all your taste buds.” We agree, you simply have to try it.

The Petrossian Ultimate Collection, was also introduced at the event. This is the largest caviar gift basket ever created, a tin similar to Ivan the Terrible, but bigger with a retail price of $75,000.00
