Ingredients:

1.5 oz Espolòn Reposado

.5 oz crème de cassis

.75 oz fresh lime juice

3 oz ginger beer

Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 part Espolòn Tequila Blanco

1 Part Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge

.75 Parts Lime Juice

3 Parts Dragon Fruit Juice

Ice Cubes

1 Lime Wedge, For Rim

Sea Salt, For Garnish

Method

Salt your rim

Shake liquid ingredients with ice and strain into your cocktail glass

Garnish with a flourish of colorful pitaya or lime
