Coors Light has teamed up with chef, author and paleta extraordinaire Fany Gerson of New York’s La Newyorkina shop to create a simple recipe for the “it” treat of the summer. Inspired by two Mexican favorites (paleta + michelada), this Palechelada recipe combines the cold, crisp taste of Coors Light with the spicy and tangy flavors of a classic michelada, fused together in a tasty paleta.
