With the arrival of modern and exciting new hotels, Atlantic City is on fire this summer. And if you are planning to DOAC, you should know about the luxury cocktail hour just launched at Robert’s Steakhouse, one of New York’s best steakhouses as it makes a triumphant return to the newly opened Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

Located just off the casino floor at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, Robert’s Steakhouse of New York is an upscale, 8,000 square foot fine dining experience with seating for approximately 200 guests, including a private dining room which accommodates parties up to 25. The contemporary restaurant offers a warm, inviting atmosphere as envisioned by its owner Bob Gans.

In the main room, Chef Will Savarese will be keeping steak as the main event, with superlative cuts that include hand-cut filet mignon, bone-in New York strip, ribeye, porterhouse, and Gold Label Kobe New York cube from top meat suppliers, Master Purveyors. Robert’s fan base will be happy to see the return of popular menu items such as colossal shrimp cocktail, Wagyu beef carpaccio, wild mushroom risotto, pan-roasted veal chop, brick-roasted free-range chicken, herb-and caper-crusted salmon, whole Maine lobster, and bucatini pasta with crabmeat, citrus, and chili.

Additionally, the Lounge at Robert’s Steakhouse will offer its own menu of special blend beef sliders, double pork sliders with sweet and hot sausage wrapped with double-smoked bacon, sautéed Maryland crab cake, shrimp cocktail, hummus and grilled Naan bread, “everything” French fries with smoked paprika aioli, and a special flat bread each evening.

The Lounge will also feature live musicians beginning at 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Every Wednesday to Friday, you’ll find top shelf spirits, signature cocktails, select wines by the glass and complimentary gourmet bar bites for only $9 from 5pm to 7pm. Robert’s is open for dinner six nights a week, Monday through Saturday.
