With the first day of Spring (3.20) just around the corner, the warmer weather is calling us outdoors, inviting fresh starts and new experiences. It’s the perfect time to refresh your cocktail menu with vibrant, seasonal flavors that capture the essence of the season.
Whether you’re enjoying a zesty spritz or a delicate floral-infused creation, spring cocktails bring a refreshing burst of flavor and excitement to your gatherings.

Tanqueray Gin & Tonic (above)
Makes one serving
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 4 oz Fresh Tonic Water
Glassware: Coupe Glass
Garnish: Lime Wedge
Preparation: Add ice to a coupe glass and add 1.5oz of Tanqueray London Dry Gin. Top with tonic water and garnish with a lime wedge.
Sparkling & Sweet Johnnie & Peach
Makes one serving
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
- 4oz Peach Iced Tea
- .25oz Lemon Juice
- .25oz Crème de Peche
Glassware: Highball
Garnish: Peach fan & thyme sprig
Preparation: Build ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass and stir. Garnish and enjoy!
Seedlip Spice Spritz
Makes one serving
Ingredients:
- 2oz Seedlip Spice 94
- 4oz Ginger Beer
Glassware: Wine Glass
Garnish: Pear Slice
Preparation: Pour 2oz of Seedlip Spice 94 into an ice-filled wine glass.
Top with ginger beer and garish with a slice of pear.
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Astral Tequila Añejo
- 0.5oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5oz Hot Honey
- 0.25oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Glassware: Coupe Glass
Garnishes: Grapefruit Wedge
Preparation: Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and enjoy.
Tequila Don Julio Paloma
Makes on serving
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Tequila Don Julio Reposado
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Grapefruit Soda
Glassware: Highball Glass
Garnishes: Lime Wedge
Preparation: Combine Tequila Don Julio Reposado and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
Strain contents into a highball glass over fresh ice. Fill to top with grapefruit soda and garnish with a lime wedge.
Baileys Coffee Toffee Brown Sugar Shaken Oat milk Latte
Makes on serving
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Baileys Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Liqueur made with Oat Milk
- 1 shot Espresso
- 3 tsp Brown Sugar
- 3 oz Oat Milk
Glassware: Beer glass
Garnishes: Cinnamon Sprinkle
Preparation: Combine 1.5 oz Baileys Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oatmilk, 1 shot of Espresso, and 2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar in a glass. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds. Top with cold Foam. Combine 0.5 oz Baileys Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Oat Milk Liqueur , 3 oz Oat Milk, 1 Tsp of brown sugar , Froth with a frother for 30 seconds or until tripled in size. Garnish with a cinnamon sprinkle.

- 0.5oz Agave Syrup (1:1)
- 0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1.5oz Sparkling
- Lemon, Mint, and Green Grape Garnish
Glass: Wine
Garnish: Lemon, Mint, and Green Grape Garnish
Pour: Shake and Strain, Top with Sparkling
Method: Add DELEÓN Reposado, agave syrup, and lemon juice into a shaker. Shake and pour into the wine glass using a strainer. Add sparkling and top with garnishes.
CÎROC Limonata Spritz
Makes one serving
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Ciroc Limonata
- 2.0 oz. Lemonade
- 1.0 oz. Sparkling Wine
- Top with Club Soda, Lemon Wheel and Fresh Mint garnish

Method: Add all ingredients to a wine glass and gently stir together, then garnish
Buchanan’s La Familia
Makes one serving
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Buchanan’s 12-Year-Old DeLuxe Blended Scotch Whisky
- 1 oz Guava Juice
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup Sparkling Wine Or Soda
- Garnish with Guava And / Or Lemon Slice
- Glass: High Ball
- Garnish: Guava And / Or Lemon Slice
- Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake it up and strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with sparkling wine, garnish with a guava or lemon slice– and salud!
Old Parr Ginger
Makes one serving
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Old Parr Aged 12 Years
- 3 oz. premium ginger ale
- Squeeze of orange
Glassware: Highball Glass
Garnish: Orange wedge
Preparation: Fill a highball glass with ice, Pour Old Parr Aged 12 Years.
Top with premium ginger ale. Add a squeeze of orange, stir and garnish with an orange wedge.
