Some great options include the Lobby Bar at The New York EDITION and Market at The Tampa EDITION, as well as from The Roof at PUBLIC Hotel, Pink Taco NYC, and a recipe from Chrome Horse Society Tequila for those who would rather celebrate at home.

There’s nothing like summer in the city, overlooking breathtaking views of Manhattan while sipping a refreshing spritz. And this summer is no different, PUBLIC Hotel is offering a variety of spritzes exclusively on The Roof.
Have your pick: a Classic Spritz with fresh aperol and crisp prosecco, a Calm Swan with floral Lillet blanc, prosecco, and sour lemon, or a Golden Goose with St. Germain, sparkling rosé, and sweet rosemary, and more.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Chrome Horse Society Tequila
- 2.0 oz Coconut Water (Harmless Harvest)
- 3.0 oz Ginger Beer (Fever Tree)
Method:
- Pour all ingredients in a wine glass filled with ice.
- Stir gently to combine and garnish with candied ginger on a cocktail pick.
