St. Patrick’s Day is almost here and The Parliament has the perfect cocktail for your celebration.
Another place to enjoy the festivities is One World Observatory with their month-long promotion.
One World Observatory’s celebration includes

· $20 credit towards bites and cocktails at ONE Dine
· Special menu items on March 17, featuring Shepard’s Pie, Fish & Chips, and exclusive cocktails while supplies last.
Meanwhile The Parliament’s “Sour Leprechaun” is a beautiful cocktail made with Jameson Irish Whiskey and a matcha concentrate for a really fun green color. Finished with honey and lemon juice for balance.
2 oz Jameson
.75 oz Matcha Concentrate
.75 oz Honey
.5 oz Lemon Juice
The Parliament at The Benjamin Royal Sonesta New York is a modern American Brasserie that celebrates all things NYC. The restaurant’s menu by Executive Chef Rakmin Lee (Park Lane, The MKT at Four Seasons San Francisco) features an approachable menu of American classics and favorites, with many shareable items that elevate adored comfort foods.
Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, Parliament features a beverage program led by Nicolas Prieto with a wide selection of cocktails, including low ABV options, and a variety of wines by the glass and bottle, among other creative concoctions that celebrate the building’s history. It is part of the restaurant’s happy hour programming, which aims to make it a “go-to” spot for the after-work crowd.
