Maya, the Richard Sandoval Hospitality restaurant credited with introducing authentic and sophisticated Mexican cuisine to the New York market, is celebrating NYC Restaurant Week with a 3-course dinner for just $45. Named one of the Best Mexican Restaurants in Manhattan by The Michelin Guide, Maya does not disappoint. With iconic offerings crafted by Executive Chef David Gonzalez, diners can indulge in special menu items like Pulpo Al Pastor Tacos, featuring achiote octopus marinade and grilled pineapple, and Chili-Crusted Tuna, served with sweet potato purée and fresno pepper-mango salsa.
