A go-to summer staple in a glass or off the rind – in a cocktail it’s even better for Fourth of July get-togethers. With the refreshing fruit cravings also come the desire to kick back, relax with friends and family, and indulged in delicious cocktails – so why not have both?

The BACARDÍ Summer Watermelon Cooler is a thirst-quenching cocktail made with the award-winning base spirit of BACARDÍ Superior white rum, watermelon juice, grapefruit soda, plus blueberries and lime to garnish, offering you the perfect drink to the beat the summer heat. This cocktail will boost your Independence Day spirit, as you kick back with your friends and family to celebrate the fourth.

BACARDÍ Summer Watermelon Cooler
Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz BACARDÍ Superior
  • 0.75 oz Watermelon juice
  • 2 oz Grapefruit soda
  • Blueberries and lime wheel as a garnish

Method: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add all ingredients. Give a quick stir to combine and garnish with blueberries on a cocktail pick and a lime wheel or wedge.
