T-Bar Southampton is set to host a special culinary takeover all in the name of a great cause. On August 5 and August 6, 2021, the Hamptons hotspot will highlight a special menu in collaboration with The Rosewood Mayakoba. Paying homage to Mexico’s diverse culinary heritage, T-Bar will offer a selection of Mexican wine and cocktails from Rosewood’s newest bar concept Zapote Bar.

A portion of proceeds from the takeover will benefit the local school Centro Educativo K’iin Beh, which the hotel proudly supports in Playa del Carmen.

Rosewood Mayakoba

Chef Juan Pablo Loza, Daniel Scott, and Jose Maria Lizarraga, along with the rest of the Rosewood Mayakoba team will be on site for an unforgettable evening in the Hamptons. Guests can expect a menu rich in Mexican heritage, that will include such entrees as Crusted Tuna “Tagliatta,” Grilled Lamb Chops with Agave and Spices, Herb Grilled Branzino, and the Chicken Milanese Torta sandwich.

Mezcal Mule, Zapote Bar

Cocktails on the menu will be such delights as a Lemongrass Margarita, Passion Fruit Mezcalita, Hibiscus Cosmopolitan, a Fresh and Spicy Margarita, and the Mezcal Mule.

There will additionally be available superbly curated wine list along with the dessert selection of The Ceiba Cobbler with Mango, Apple and Guava with Spices, Vanilla Custard, and Fennel Crumble.
