For a city that never sleeps, people in New York always find themselves hanging out in the same crowds, instead of tracking down new friends and conversations.

The Standard Grill at The Standard High Line is offering a new way to meet friends in New York: a ticketed monthly wine dinner series during which the restaurant hosts a handful of individuals in their intimate Wine Room.

This month’s upcoming theme? An indulgent Italian evening centered around a specially-curated Italian menu and wine pairing, with an in-house wine sommelier to walk diners through each wine offering.

Most importantly, all guests will be seated together at a single, beautifully-decorated table – there is no better way to make new friends and meet like-minded people than to enjoy good food and wine in candlelight. Bring a friend or two and reserve a slot to discover the perfect occasion to meet other wine lovers and foodies.
