With Thanksgiving festivities upon us, Courvoisier, the iconic cognac house, has the perfect recipes to spice up the menu at any upcoming celebration with friends and family.

Cherry Cobbler
2 parts Courvoisier VSOP
3/4 part Lustau East India Solera
3 dashes MM Sour Cherry bitters

Method: Build in glass, add large ice cube, stir and garnish

Glass: Old Fashioned
Garnish: Brandied Cherry e.g. Luxardo

lemon

Lemon Ginger Delight
1 1/2 parts Courvoisier VS
3/4 part fresh lemon juice                                                                                     
1/4 part ginger syrup (1:1 ginger juice:sugar)
1/2 part Aperol
Pinch of salt

Method: Pinch of salt, 3 parts of batch, shake and strain.

Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Expressed orange peel
