The Standard Grill, the brasserie tucked inside The Standard, High Line in New York City, has teamed up with viral pasta sauce brand SAUZ on a limited-edition menu available throughout August.

Utilizing SAUZ’s versatile yet unexpected sauces – including Hot Honey Marinara, Creamy Calabrian Vodka, Miso Garlic Marinara,Wild Rosemary Marinara, and Summer Lemon Marinara – Chefs Angela Bazan and Frederick Aquino have crafted a menu that reimagines Italian classics with The Standard’s contemporary flair. The menu proves these bold sauces go far beyond pasta, elevating everything from meatballs to fried mozzarella and calamari.

A playful cocktail lineup rounds out the experience, bringing the same creative spirit to the glass with inventive sips like the Tomato Basil Martini and Hot Honey Margarita.
