Sugarcane

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Buchanan’s DeLuxe

1 oz. Cane Sugar Juice

1 oz. Lemon Juice

Club Soda

Lemon Wedge for garnish

Preparation:

1. Combine Buchanan’s DeLuxe, cane sugar juice, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
2. Strain into a highball glass with ice.
3. Top with a splash of club soda.
4. Garnish with a piece of cane sugar piece and a lemon wedge.
