On Sunday, March 15, 2026, Tequila Don Julio will once again join forces with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences as a proud partner of the Governors Ball, the official party following the 98th Oscars.

As we celebrate the nominees this year, globally acclaimed mixologist Charles Joly has collaborated with Lorenzo Antinori and the team behind this year’s World’s Best Bar, Bar Leone, to curate the signature Tequila Don Julio cocktails for the stars.

Catering the drinks for Hollywood’s biggest night is no small feat, Charles and Lorenzo will spend their entire week leading up to the ceremony by prepping thousands of ingredients. These expertly crafted cocktails require the likes of:

  • Enough espresso beans to fill a hot tub
  • Enough cucumbers to stretch the length of the Santa Monica Pier
  • Enough agave to equal the weight of an elephant

While the Governors Ball remains by invitation only, you can still raise a glass just like the stars, but from the comfort of your own home. Try your hand at mixing these signature Tequila Don Julio cocktails and join us in toasting to this year’s Academy Award nominees!
