Topnotch Resort Offers Bikes & Brews This Summer

Topnotch Resort raises a glass to classic Vermont pastimes this summer with the new Bed, Bike and Brew package. Bike rentals to explore Stowe’s best trails and a four-pack of the coveted Heady Topper beer encourage guests to enjoy summer like a Vermont local.
The new Bed, Bike and Brew package includes a choice of accommodations at Stowe’s only boutique luxury resort, one mountain bike rental per adult/per stay, a local trail map, one Topnotch Resort water bottle, and a four pack of Heady Topper craft beer in room on arrival. Rates start at $235 per night, based on double occupancy with a two-night minimum. The package is valid for travel now through October 31, 2017. Offer subject to availability.
With the help of Stowe’s Four Points Mountain Bike School & Guide Service, guests can choose to take their biking adventure up a notch combining biking and breweries with the Bike and Brew Tour. The tour begins with a three-hour guided biking excursion followed by lunch and capped off with a tour of a local breweries such as Alchemist Brewery, Idletyme Brewery and Stowe Cider. Price is $189 per person.
Additional biking activities available from Four Points Mountain Bike School & Guide Service include:
- Mountain Bike Guide Service: Hit the trails with a local guide for insider tips and guidance on which trails best fit the riders’ experience level. Guides take the lead and let guests enjoy the scenery. Guide service trips are limited to six riders per guide and are $120 per group for the first two hours and $50 each additional hour.
- Mountain Bike Private Lessons: Ideal for novice mountain bikers, or riders looking to perfect their technique, Four Points’ private biking lessons help guests accelerate learning with personalized training from a certified instructor. A two hour private lesson starts at $99 for one person. Each additional participant is $30.
Four Points’ biking experiences are available for purchase through the Topnotch concierge desk for an additional fee.
The resort’s restaurant and lounge, The Roost, keeps the summer fun going with a 20 beer tap system and a menu featuring locally-inspired small plates and upgraded classics. Guests can kick back and relax after an active day on one of The Roost’s comfy oversized couches or by the outdoor fire pit with a glass of local craft beer or hard cider.
