In celebration of Earth Month, The Terrace and Outdoor Gardens is offering the Big Grin veggie burger, working in tandem to further the brand’s eco-conscious ethos.
Expertly crafted by award-winning Chef John Fraser, the veggie-burger is made with a bean and rice-based patty, topped with melted Gruyere cheese, an array of fresh vegetables, and nestled in a soft brioche bun. In support of a worthy cause, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Treedom, an organization dedicated to planting trees globally.

Experience the perfect blend of culinary artistry and Spring ambiance at the Garden Brunch. The modern brasserie is offering guests a grand selection of dishes including a raw bar, smoked fish charcuterie boards, a gourmet egg station, a delectable selection of side dishes, and an expertly crafted sweets display inspired by the garden.

From the mind of Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser, the Sunset Menu provides guests a reason to celebrate with indulgent light bites and refreshing sips featuring a variety of exquisite flavors. Enjoy an array of decadent and fresh seafood such as East Coast Oysters and Shrimp Cocktail, perfectly paired with a glass of chilling wine.
For guests interested in enjoying pre-dinner cocktails, the Mini Martini offerings, carefully curated by Beverage Director Amy Racine, are the perfect dry and stirred sip.

Lobby Bar

Caviar Service
Those visiting the upscale property are invited to indulge in the new Caviar Service, an expertly crafted menu of delights, available in-room and at the elegant Lobby Bar.
Featuring a selection of three premiere caviars including a Kaluga Hybrid, Russian Ossetra, and Golden Osetra, each is served with blinis and crème fraîche. The menu extends through playful interpretations of classic dishes including the English staple Soft Boiled Egg + Soldiers, and a Pommes Souffle with scallion sour cream, each adorned with the extravagant ingredient.
From the comfort of a lavish suite with panoramic views of the city, or an intimate table at the contemporary bar, guests are provided a curated list of cocktails and champagnes paired to the dishes by expert sommelier and Beverage Director for the restaurant, Amy Racine.
