Valentine’s Day Martinis From RumChata

This Valentine’s Day surprise her with tasty cocktails perfect to celebrate the occasion. Check the recipes below and make the evening sweeter with these RumChata Martinis.

RumChata Cappuccino Martini
2 parts RumChata
1 part Espresso
1/2 part Vodka
1/2 part Coffee Liqueur
(Or substitute 1.5 parts espresso vodka for vodka and espresso)
Shake vigorously with ice and strain into Martini glass. Garnish with espresso beans.

RumChata Salted Caramel Martini
2 parts RumChata
1 part Caramel Vodka
Sea Salt/Table Salt (Do Not Use Margarita Salt)
Rim martini glass with salt (use water, NOT lime juice). Shake ingredients with ice and strain into martini glass. Optional: Drizzle a teaspoon of caramel sauce into bottom of glass.
