The country’s leading food, wine and spirits festival, Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit adds four new events to the 12th annual star-studded culinary soiree, May 10 – 13. Chef Michael Mina will take guests on an unforgettable epicurean adventure at his Bellagio namesake during an afternoon of expertly crafted cocktails and delicious bites, and Modern Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim will host a special evening at Libertine Social at Mandalay Bay where guests can indulge in one of the world’s most revered food and drink pairings, vodka and caviar. Additionally, Black Tap chef and owner Joe Isidori invites attendees to create their very own Vegas Uncork’d CrazyShake, and Grand Tasting guests can feel like a true VIP with the new “Top Shelf” experience.
