Audace Ristorante, an elegant Italian restaurant by restaurateur Mario Ursumando nestled within Hotel Giraffe NoMad, pairs refined Italian cuisine, award-winning contemporary Neapolitan-style pizzas, and a sophisticated cocktail bar. In celebration of Fashion Week from Thursday, September 10 through Tuesday, September 15, Audace will offer dining guests who present a Fashion Week show pass a complimentary glass of sparkling wine with their meal.

The dining room offers an intimate, relaxed ambiance, while the penthouse private event room provides a more elevated setting, complete with high ceilings, a fireplace, and an open balcony overlooking Madison Park. Just steps from Rockefeller CenterGinger Ristorante, by restaurateurs Dario Asara and Corinna Bassetti Josi, brings the charm of Roman-inspired all-day dining to the heart of New York City, making it a perfect spot to refuel and recharge amid the energy of Fashion Week. Guided by a philosophy centered on healthy, sustainable, and predominantly organic ingredients, the menu features an extensive selection of homemade pastas and brick-oven pizzas, alongside refreshing saladssmoothies, and juices made with farm-fresh, locally sourced fruits and vegetables. Juice options include Ornella, made with celery, fennel, carrot, and ginger, and Annette, made with orange, pineapple, apple, and melon. All juices and smoothies are available at the restaurant and can be made to order.

A striking skylight designed in the Italian Liberty style takes center stage, featuring ornate, sweeping curves and soft backlighting that evoke the feeling of outdoor dining while filling the space with abundant natural light.

With spring/summer 2027 predictions point to bright palettes, beadwork, and flip-flops, Brazil is in. There’s no better place to capture the moment than at Berimbau Brazilian Table 36th Street in Midtown Manhattan. More than just a restaurant, Berimbau is culinary and cultural hub from Rio-born restaurateur Mario de Matos. The space is a stylish expression of Brazilian mid-century modernism, with tropical hardwoods, terrazzo floors, and rope-woven ceilings, all complemented by a vibrant and colorful menu by Michelin Bib-recognized Executive Chef Victor Vasconcellos.

As São Paulo-native, Chef Victor explores Brazil’s roots through amazonian ingredients and multi-cultural influences, showcasing  an authentic and modern take on classic dishes like PicanhaFeijoada, and Pão de Queijo. Completing the Berimbau experience is a dedicated Caipirinha Bar. spotlighting Brazil’s signature cocktail, Caipirinha, as well as a long list of Brazilian signatures and exclusive Berimbau creations.

An all-day eatery, the restaurant offers coffee alongside freshly baked goods and breakfast menu items in the morning, with the full menu available all day into the evening, when the space transforms into a lively cocktail bar and restaurant.
