Tanqueray Harvest Negroni
Makes one serving
Ingredients:

.75 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
-
.5 oz Italian Aperitif Bitters
-
.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
Glassware: Lowball glass
Garnishes: Orange twist
Preparation: Build Tanqueray London Dry Gin, Italian aperitif bitters, and Sweet Vermouth, over ice. Stir and garnish with an orange twist.

2 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label

1 Bottle Angostura Bitters

100g Raisins

2 Cinnamon Sticks

Knob of Ginger

0.3 oz Maple Syrup

4 dashes of bitters
Glassware: Coupe glass
Garnishes: Orange peel
Preparation: Infuse 1 bottle of Angostura bitters with raisins, cinnamon sticks, and a knob of ginger for 24 hours and strain. Add Johnnie Walker Black Label, maple syrup, and 4 dashes of bitters to a glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with an orange peel.

Glassware: Highball glass
Garnishes: Lemon twist
Preparation: Add all ingredients to an ice-filled highball glass and top with Soda. Garnish with a lemon twist.
*Ginger & Pumpkin Shrub:
Fresh Ginger: 150g (Peeled)
Pumpkin: 400g (Peeled)
Cider Vinegar: 2 cups
Caster Sugar: 2 cups
Add all ingredients to a mason jar & muddle. Leave for 24 hours in the fridge. Fine strain.

.75 Honey Syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)

.75 oz Lemon Juice

Glassware: Rocks Glass

Garnish: Minto Bouquet + Lemon
Directions: Lightly muddle 4-5 blackberries in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake over ice. Double strain so seeds of the blackberries don’t leak through. Pour over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish cocktail with mint bouquet and lemon zest.

Directions: Combine Old Parr Aged 12 Years, fresh blood orange juice, premium cherry liqueur, and sweet vermouth. Shake with ice and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with brandied cherry.
Crown Royal Chocolate Vampire’s Delight
Ingredients

1.5 oz Crown Chocolate Flavored Whisky

1.5 oz Tart Cherry Juice
-
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
-
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
-
Optional: 2 dashes cocktail foamer
Glassware: Coupe
Directions: Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with espresso beans and shaved chocolate.

1-2 dashes of Angostura or NA aromatic bitters

.25 oz of simple syrup or 1 sugar cube

1 dash of water
Glassware: Rocks glass
Garnishes: Orange peel and maraschino cherry
Preparation: Add simple syrup and bitters into a rocks glass and add a dash of plain water. Fill glass with ice and add Ritual Whiskey Alternative. Stir and garnish with an orange peel and cherry.

Pour: Shake and Strain
Method: In a shaker, combine DELEÓN Reposado Tequila, lemon juice, and agave nectar. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Carefully pour the red wine over the back of a spoon to float it on top of the cocktail.
