After an exciting launch, and with every night practically sold-out the Rooftop Film Club is enjoying tremendous success during its current run at the rooftop of the YOTEL Hotel in midtown Manhattan. The popular summer screening series began in London and is now making its exclusive debut featuring classics, cult and Academy Award winning films including Pretty Woman, Grease, Whiplash, and one of the best of all time, Casablanca. Since its inception in 2011, Rooftop Film Club has pioneered the outdoor cinema phenomenon in the UK, becoming a staple of the London culture scene. Rooftop Film Club has grown a sizable and passionate following, selling out over 250 rooftop screenings across five London venues in 2014 alone.
