When a user completes the training program, they can take another instant evaluation to see their improvement in real time. Smart Coach takes the guesswork out of training and instantly identifies where to focus efforts with personalized programs from the pros. In addition to training programs focused on swing mechanics, the new Zepp 2 app also introduces fitness-training plans that help users increase flexibility and core strength to become well-rounded athletes. As with the previous generation Zepp sensor, it all starts with a swing. Zepp Baseball-Softball 2 attaches to the handle of the bat with the provided mount to capture bat speed, hand speed, attack angle, time-to-impact, and bat angle. When using Zepp Golf 2, players attach the sensor to the golf glove to track club speed, club plane, hand plane, backswing position, tempo and hip rotation.
Each swing can be instantly reviewed in 3D from any angle for both sports to analyze the most critical metrics that can be compared to the pros. Additionally, Zepp’s auto-video capture can record swings in HD to reference against the data for yet another vantage point.
