This coming Monday, January 23rdSweetbriar will be hosting a Bourbon Masterclass and tasting with Beverage Director Ivan Papic, in partnership with Angel’s Envy Bourbon.

A night dedicated to expanding one’s bourbon whiskey knowledge, this exclusive cocktail class and tasting at Sweetbriar, will guide guests on select cocktail creations paired with small bites from Executive Chef Bryce Shuman.

The class will take place from 6 pm – 8 pm with tickets priced at $55 per person; tickets can be purchased via Tock.

Background on Beverage Director Ivan Papic:
Prior to joining the team at Sweetbriar, Belgrade bornIvan Papic had worked with restaurateur Keith McNally at Pastis and Balthazar before venturing into nightlife with Paul Sevigny at Beatrice Inn.
