Tasting Room Bar at Great Jones Distilling Co.
Attention, all whiskey lovers: Great Jones Distilling Co., Manhattan’s first and only legal whiskey distillery since prohibition has an awesome tasting room bar offering some some stellar whiskey-based cocktails – you can also check out their distillery while you’re at it!

Opened in August 2021, Great Jones is situated in the heart of the historic NoHo neighborhood and abutting the legendary Great Jones Alley, Great Jones Distilling Co. encompasses the collective energy that sets New York City apart from anywhere else with a working distillery, tours, tasting room bar, restaurant (The Grid), speakeasy and retail space. Monterrey Bar at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach

To elevate your experience, the Casa Lumbre Flight Menu offers an impeccable trilogy of mezcal pairings to celebrate any occasion in style ($65 per person). The Happy Hour Menu is ongoing Monday- Friday, 5-7 pm and the Flight Menu will be available all of March during operation hours.

Located inside The Standard Spa, Miami Beach,  Monterrey Bar, celebrates a twist on classic cocktails. The name Monterrey Bar pays homage to the hotel’s namesake roots The Monterrey Motel which opened at 40 Island Avenue in 1953. Curated by Executive Chef Andrew Gilbert are designed to pair with the curated beverage menu, reflecting the cool, dark speakeasy style of Monterrey Bar. The T-shaped bar with Amazonite stone is a dramatic focal point and provides an intimate place to gather. Afromosia wall paneling and plush carpet emulating the ocean are tied together beneath a Murano glass chandelier. The shelves are playfully lined with a pop art collection of 1980s ‘Frozen Moments’ by artist Geoffrey Rose. Come and stay awhile.

Desert 5 Spot’s cocktails take you down memory lane with beverages named after Hollywood’s classics with the likes of a delicious mezcal drink, Walk the Line. Ardor’s beverage program features cocktails that are prepared thoughtfully, using locally sourced ingredients. Inspired by and named after the color spectrum, Ardor cocktails reflect the vegetable-forward concept of the restaurant’s menu. Pink, for example, blends blanco tequila, pomegranate, gochujang, and yuzu to create a spicy and flavorful cocktail using winter fruit. Bronze combines white rum, saffron, apricot giffard, lime, egg white for a textured cocktail with stone fruit flavors. Also available are a selection of inventive non-alcoholic cocktails.
