This Easter, guests can hop over to Olio e Più at Bryant Park or Greenwich Village for a delicious Italian escape! Start with Antipasti like Crispy Artichokes al Limone, featuring whipped ricotta, Pecorino Romano, and mint pesto ($23). Then dive into their Primi Piatti with Paccheri ai Frutti di Mare, shrimp, calamari, mussels, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil ($33). Lastly, guests can end on a sweet note with their Chocolate Rice Pudding, layered with orange zest, shaved dark chocolate, cocoa nibs, and 62% Valrhona dark chocolate sauce ($17).

 This Easter, April 5th, guests can join us at Boucherie and La Grange Boucherie in Union Square and West Village for a special holiday feast! Come evening, delight in Hors d’Oeuvres like Green Asparagus Hollandaise au Citron ($23) with egg mimosa and fine herbs, followed by Plats Principaux such as our Spring Braised Lamb ($42) with green peas, pommes fondantes, and a mint chiffonnade that sings of the season. Finish your feast on a sweet note with Riz au Lait au Chocolat ($17), a creamy dark chocolate rice pudding with cocoa nibs, shaved dark chocolate, orange zest, and rich Valrhona chocolate sauce—because Easter deserves a little indulgence!

With spring’s favorite holiday approaching, Sant Ambroeus has launched its annual Easter retail and bakery collection, live until April 6, featuring limited-production Italian classics and centerpieces, as well as exquisitely packaged confection.

The Sant Ambroeus Colomba (Limited Production) is a handcrafted Italian Easter tradition: a dove-shaped cake made with natural yeast over the course of three days. Each Colomba is finished with a hazelnut glaze, sugar grains, and whole almonds. Weighing 1 kg and serving up to eight guests, it is a striking holiday centerpiece as well as a traditional Easter dessert.
