Lucien bartender and Don Papa Brand Ambassador Peter Ruppert has created two refreshing cocktails sure to quench your thirst for your wanderlust: Sex on the Peach transports you straight to the beach with its layered, tropical flavors, while A Walk in the Park uses ingredients like Limoncello to sweep you away to the pristine waters of the Amalfi Coast.

If you’re looking for a little more chill, and not into the DIY cocktail thing, Dolly’s in Brooklyn is offering their signature frozen cocktail Jane Fonda for $9, to-go in an easy to sip pouch. Made with pineapple, orange juice, coconut and Don Papa Rum, it’s sure to get you moving and grooving for summer — just like the icon herself.

SEX ON THE PEACH (above)

1 1/2 oz Don Papa Rum

1/2 oz Peach Scnapps

1 oz Pineapple Juice

1 oz Peach purée (homemade, instructions below)

To first prepare your peach purée, the easiest way is to simply mix equal parts peach preserve with hot water and blend. Then simply combine that with pineapple juice, Don Papa 7 year rum and finally peach Schnapps. Shake the ingredients vigorously and pour over fresh ice. I like to decorate with thinly sliced peaches and a couple leaves from the crown of a pineapple. The more garish the better I say!

WALK IN THE PARK

1 oz Don Papa Rum

1 oz Limoncello

1 oz Vermouth Blanc

When making this cocktail simply pour one ounce of each ingredient, Don Papa 7 year rum, Limoncello, and vermouth Blanc, into a mixing glass with ice and stir for thirty seconds. Pour into a rocks glass over a large piece of ice and zest with a generous peel of lemon. Leave the lemon peel in the glass and you are ready to serve a fun but still sophisticated, homemade cocktail.
