Alongside the much anticipated launch of the new Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS, Porsche Design released the perfect companion – available exclusively to owners of the new sports car – the Porsche Design Chronograph 718 Cayman GT4 RS.

The new timepiece transfers the design, materials and performance qualities of the car to a watch in a way only Porsche Design can do. Featuring lightweight and durable titanium, a matte black dial, genuine Porsche vehicle leather, black Race-Tex and a winding rotor in the shape of the car’s wheel, the timepiece not only looks, but feels, like a true extension of the GT4 RS. Like the car, the chronograph is also available with Weissach package which adds a carbon dial and unique winding rotor.

Powered by the Porsche Design COSC Certified WERK 01.200 caliber, the watch is equipped with a flyback mechanism that allows starting, stopping, and resetting of successive time intervals in one operation. Perfect for the track.

To make the timepiece a perfect match, GT4 RS owners in the U.S. can customize the watch via the timepiece configurator.

The Chronograph 718 Cayman GT4 RS can be further individualized in select markets. As a result, the timepiece not only bears the distinctive Porsche signature, but also that of the owner.

Two different case colors – black or titanium – and two types of bezel are available, while the individual ring can be adapted to match the vehicle color. In addition, a special GT4 RS watch strap is available, made of the same black leather used in the vehicle as well as black Race-Tex with ‘GT4 RS` embossing and decorative stitching in Arctic Gray or Deep Sea Blue. Additional straps can be ordered, made either of titanium or genuine Porsche interior leather in various
colors, making it possible to alter the chronograph to suit any occasion or personal design preference. Each Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS customer who configures their timepiece will be issued an individual code with which to place their order at their authorized local Porsche dealer.

The Porsche Design Chronograph 718 Cayman GT4 RS will be available for order through authorized Porsche dealerships beginning November 17, 2021 at a starting price of $8,400.
