Moonrise at Paradise Club | Friday, August 3nd and Saturday, August 3rd from 7-10PM
The show, powered by the creative mind and captivating talent of renowned acrobatic artist Lara Jacobs Rigolo, is rooted in tradition and homage to the 13 ancient moon goddesses, interpreted as a mesmerizing performance that blends bespoke acts of dance, aerial artistry, acrobatics, vocals and visual poetry. It’s one example of many that reinforce Paradise Club as a coveted venue for experiential entertainment and unmatched nightlife. The complete experience invites guests to indulge in an exclusive multi-course dinner-show menu curated by Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser, who helms the culinary program at the property. The menu plays on seasonal themes, each dish complemented by artfully crafted cocktails inspired by the essence of each moon goddess.

Restaurant Week at The Terrace and Outdoor Gardens | Monday through Friday from Thursday, August 1st – Friday, August 16th from 11:30am-2:30PM and 5:00pm-9:30PM
Experience The Terrace and Outdoor Garden’s three-course prix-fixe Restaurant Week menu with the choice of Trumpet Mushroom Carpaccio, Yellowfin Tuna Tartar, Empire Caesar Salad, or Spanish Octopus as a starter, Hearty Carrot Bolognese, Chinese Chicken Salad, Grilled Dorade, or Skirt Steak Frites as a main, and Coconut Tembleque or Tiramisu for dessert.

Sunset Menu at The Terrace and Outdoor Gardens | Monday through Sunday from 3PM-5PM
From the mind of Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser, the Sunset Menu provides guests a reason to celebrate with indulgent light bites and refreshing sips featuring a variety of exquisite flavors. Enjoy an array of decadent and fresh seafood such as East Coast Oysters and Shrimp Cocktail, perfectly paired with a glass of chilling wine. For guests interested in enjoying pre-dinner cocktails, the Mini Martini offerings, carefully curated by Beverage Director Amy Racine, are the perfect dry and stirred sip.
Restaurant Week at The Clocktower | Monday through Sunday from Thursday, August 1st – Saturday, August 31st from 5-10PM
Experience The Clocktower’s three-course prix-fixe Restaurant Week menu with the choice of Salad of Red Gem Lettuces, Steak Tartare, or Chilled Tomato Soup as a starter, Mushroom Risotto, Grilled Hanger Steak, or Roasted Salmon as a main, and Mascarpone Panna Cotta, Warm Sticky Toffee Pudding, or Clocktower Ice Cream for dessert.

Parisian Brunch at Baron’s Cove Restaurant | Saturday & Sunday from 11:30AM – 3:30PM
Enjoy a delicious Parisian Brunch in the heart of Sag Harbor in The Hamptons at Baron’s Cove Restaurant. In celebration of the Paris Olympics, Baron’s Cove Restaurant is proudly featuring the French brunch staples in their menu including a Pastry Basket, Seafood Plateau, Steak Frites, Grilled Montauk Tuna Frites, French Omelette, and Quiche Du Jour. To further embrace the spirit of the Paris Olympics, the menu also includes inspired cocktails such as the French Blonde, French 75, and Hugo Spritz.
Balmain Pop-up at The Pridwin | Thursday, August 1st – Thursday, August 15th
The Pridwin will be hosting French fashion powerhouse Balmain for a month-long fashion extravaganza to showcase their High Summer and Pre-Fall collections. Balmain has partnered with LA-based stylist and Decades Inc. founder Cameron Silver to curate the ultimate retail experience, which will offer locals and hotel guests an intimate opportunity to shop in a luxurious resort setting. In addition to the curated pop-up experience, guests will have the opportunity to participate in exclusive fashion events, styling sessions, and bespoke shopping experiences.
OASES Cafe & Restaurant Opens to the Public | August 27
OASES is a groundbreaking new wellness collective in New York City, set to redefine urban wellbeing and dining. The collective will consist of an all-day Cafe and Bazaar, and a full-service Restaurant and Bar, with an adjoining private dining space (The Tara Room).
OASES Café, opening August 16, will be situated in OASES’ serene vegetable garden that will allow guests to enjoy both in-house dining, or a grab-and-go experience for those seeking clean nourishment on the move. It will serve nutritious breakfast and lunch options such as the OASES’ Signature Pancakes (offered in flavors such as Raw Cacao, Ube, and Ceremonial Matcha), superfood acai bowls and organic smoothies. Beverage options include high-grade Japanese matcha and teas from around the world.
The OASES Restaurant, Bar and Tara Room, will open on August 27, and will offer nourishing epicurean dishes, natural wines, and bespoke cocktails created in partnership with SHINDIG Cocktails (the duo behind the Michelin starred cocktail program at Kato in LA).

Join the Sun Club at THE ROOF with special access to refreshments and an all-day menu from LOUIS serving tasty pastries, sandwiches, salads, beverages, and more.
Sun Club day passes are available to purchase at LOUIS and are complimentary for hotel guests and $25 for the public.
SUNSET Happy Hour at THE ROOF | Monday to Friday, 5PM – 7PM
Experience a Happy Hour like no other at THE ROOF. Aptly named SUNSET for the jaw dropping views at the magical hour – as well as all times of the day and night. This new offering will include specially priced cocktails, wine and beer, and bites including sliders and fries, chips and guacamole, Chicken empanadas with Chili sauce (a favorite created by Chef Diego Munoz of the hotel’s restaurant, POPULAR) and complimentary mixed nuts and popcorn. SUNSET Happy Hour is sure to be a perfect respite for some after work fun as well as a pre-dinner stop to take in some of the best views in town.

Gansevoort Rooftop Hosts a ‘Dive-In’ Movie Series with Vacation Sunscreen on
Thursday, August 22nd and Thursday, September 5th
Gansevoort Rooftop has teamed up with Vacation to present a Dive In Movie Series on the roof. This is one of the rare opportunities to experience Gansevoort Meatpacking’s pool, which is typically only open to hotel guests. Goodies will be provided by Vacation and Häagen-Dazs.
