W New York – Union Square
Celebrate the Fourth of July from one of Manhattan’s most striking rooftop vantage points at Guardian at the WW New York – Union Square’s elevated cocktail destination. With sweeping panoramic views and an essentially unobstructed sightline toward the West Side, guests will have a front-row view of the spectacular Hudson River fireworks display against the city skyline.
From 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Guardian at the W will host an exclusive Fourth of July Happy Hour featuring a premium open bar and a curated selection of classic summer bites, including Certified Angus Beef sliders, hot dogs, potato salad, tomato cucumber salad, and watermelon feta salad. Following the happy hour, guests are invited to continue the celebration with a cash bar available throughout the evening.

Tickets are priced at $125 per person and will be available through Resy, offering an unforgettable Independence Day celebration high above Union Square.

The Mark
For this holiday The Mark Hotel will host a festive lineup of elevated Americana classics. At the Mark Haute Dog Cart, guests can enjoy the hotel’s beloved hot dog, crafted from 100% grass-fed beef sourced from an Upper East Side butcher whose business spans more than eighty years, served on a potato bun and adorned with a mini American flag. The celebratory offering will also include limited-edition American flag cookies and soft serve topped with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
For a more indulgent take on a summertime staple, The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges and Caviar Kaspia at The Mark will debut The Mark’s Caviar Haute Dog ($58), a playful luxury twist on the American classic. The bespoke creation features a 100% grass-fed beef hot dog layered with kimchi, sauerkraut, chipotle mayonnaise, and topped with Caviar Kaspia caviar. Available exclusively over the holiday weekend, the collaboration brings together two of The Mark’s most iconic culinary experiences in celebration of America’s milestone anniversary.
