Take a page out of Victor Cruz’s playbook and check out what’s in his gym bag:

  • Cotton T-Shirt: When I’m working out, it’s important for me to know that I’m pushing myself to the limit. I always carry a cotton shirt to the gym. The cotton material allows the sweat to soak into the shirt so I can really see and feel how hard I’m performing.
  • Toiletry Kit: Because I am always on the go, I make sure to have all my essential items in my toiletry bag. One of these is a tube of Colgate Total (SF).   • Comfortable Sneakers: Having comfortable, breathable athletic sneakers is key. Many people have different shoes depending on if they are weightlifting, running or doing mat exercises. Regardless of my exercise routine that day, I always look for a pair of sneakers that are great for performance yet stylish at the same time.
