Tips include:

  1. Go to bed and wake up around the same time each day.
  2. Do something relaxing until you feel tired. Read a book, listen to music or take a warm bath.
  3. Make sure your bed, bedding and nightclothes are comfortable.
  4. Skip bedtime snacks.
  5. Put your phone down and turn the TV off.
