HOMBRE: Congratulations, You are on a 4- fight run! Can you tell us a little bit about your preparation for UFC fight 169?
Ricardo Lamas: Thank you! I have been training very hard and have had no injuries. I took this last year to improve as a fighter. I decided to start training camp earlier as well.

H: Tell us a little bit about your training method and what is the most important part of it?
RL: I believe martial arts is extremely important. Along with dedication and diet.

H: Aside from your training, what do you do to help get you ready for the big fight?
RL: I have recently started doing yoga. I’ve learned a lot of breathing techniques which have taught me how to relax after intense training sessions.

H: I’m assuming you have the whole fight against Aldo mapped out. How will you win?
RL: I will take the win wherever. On my feet or on the ground!
