It is the end of an era this week when Jon Stewart’s “The Daily Show” ends its over 16 year run. To celebrate this milestone, Courvoisier cognac’s  Exceptional Journey program is honoring Stewart in celebration of his last show–this Thursday, August 6th with a cocktail that pays homage to Stewart’s bartender past

With a nod to Stewart’s bartender past (from 1984 to 1987, Stewart bartended at Trenton Punk Club, City Gardens) the “Farewell to Stewart” drink incorporates Courvoisier VS, fresh seasonal ingredients for summertime sipping, and is topped with champagne to toast to Stewart’s success.
