Broadway-Inspired Cocktail for The TONY Awards

Sofitel New York, the official hotel of the TONY Awards, will celebrate the biggest weekend in theater with a Broadway-themed cocktail worthy of an encore.

The Broadway Boulevard ($18), Gaby Bar’s spin on a Kir Royal, gives red carpet vibes with the perfect mix of Chambord, Saint Germain and Champagne, garnished with a raspberry.

The cocktail will be available for purchase on Sunday, June 11, for the 76th annual TONY Awards (airing at 8 p.m. ET).
