Casio America, Inc. is introducing a new addition to its lineup of EDIFICE timepieces in partnership with the Scuderia AlphaTauri race team – the EFR571AT-1A.

The bold design puts F1 technology on users’ wrists. The watch dials feature 6K dry carbon produced with 6,000-filament bundles of carbon fiber – the same material used in the wings and floors of Scuderia AlphaTauri’s racecars. While ordinary carbon fiber is said to be ten times stronger than steel, this high-grade version is even 50 percent stronger.

The EFR571AT-1A features fluorescent yellow accents inspired by the clothing Scuderia AlphaTauri mechanics wear around the racetracks. The subtle flashes of color ensure high visibility and deliver a bold statement for racings fans and fashion enthusiasts alike.

A stainless-steel band with a spring bar clasp accompanies the 6K carbon dial, and the Scuderia AlphaTauri logo is elegantly featured on the buckle and case back, as well as the EFR571AT-1A’s special box. A thin,11.7-mm case complements the distinct face design and high-grade carbon material.

Additional features include a three-year battery life, water resistance up to 100 meters, a 1/1 second (10-minute) stopwatch and a date calendar. The EFR571AT-1A (MSRP: $250) will be available for purchase in September at EDIFICE.Casio.com and Casio.com.
